The Cinelli Brothers
A London-based blues and soul four-piece led by Italian-born brothers Marco and Alessandro Cinelli, crowned 2024 UK Blues Band of the Year.
Musical Influence
By fusing British and European musicianship (Italian-born founders, a French bassist, a London-born harmonica player) into a sound built on classic American soul-blues songwriting rather than pure blues-rock, The Cinelli Brothers represent the increasingly international character of the UK blues scene. Their rapid climb from a 2018 debut album to UK Blues Band of the Year in 2024, via a strong showing at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, marks them as one of the most decorated younger bands on the current circuit.
Family and personal life
Drummer; together with Marco one of the band's two founding, name-giving brothers.
